Daybreak lacrosse camp: July 22-25, 2018
Daybreak Lacrosse Camp is kicking off it’s inaugural year in 2018! The camp is founded by Andy Hilgartner (McDonogh) and Trey Whitty (St. Paul’s) with the intention of providing a unique lacrosse experience for young lacrosse players. Daybreak is combining a traditional camp experience with the game we love, lacrosse. In blending outdoor activities and lacrosse, Daybreak hopes to further deepen our campers love for the game, while building friendships amongst campers and staff. From swimming to fishing to campfires and of course lacrosse, Daybreak will give your son’s a well rounded camp experience.

About The Camp
Lacrosse has provided our staff with so many memories, travels all over the world, but most importantly lasting relationships that are unique to this great game. Daybreak wants to provide a pressure-free atmosphere for kids to spend a few days with friends and a staff dedicated to making this a memorable experience. This camp also serves as a brief escape from the grind that can be the spring and summer club lacrosse seasons. Strategically placed towards the end of the summer, let Daybreak Lacrosse Camp at Graves Mountain Lodge be the perfect place to cap off your son’s summer lacrosse experience!
Daybreak Lacrosse Camp is excited to call Graves Mountain Lodge home. The Graves family established this property as their own in 1857 and has been added on to over the years. In the Fall of 1965 Graves Mountain Lodge was opened to the public and has been thriving ever since. Graves consists of several bunk houses (Peach and Apple) that accommodate roughly 75 people. These bunk houses are located next to a running stream and the fields in which we will be playing. The grounds also contain an outdoor pool, hiking trails, local convenience store, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, ponds, and endless green grass to play!
